30-Day Return Guarantee

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

Return Conditions:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

- Final sale items and intimate apparel (e.g., underwear) are not eligible for return

 

How to Request a Return:

 Send an email to support@cyfashions.com with:

- Your order number

- The item(s) you wish to return

- Reason for return (optional)

 

We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

 

Refund Process:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

- Refund will be issued to your original payment method (original shipping fees are non-refundable)

- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

 

Return Shipping Cost:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
