We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Final sale items and intimate apparel (e.g., underwear) are not eligible for return. Such items will be clearly marked on the product page.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Since we offer free shipping on all orders, there are no original shipping fees to deduct — refunds will be issued for the full product price paid (no restocking fee).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including any shipping costs you paid).

UK Customers – Your Legal Rights

For customers in the United Kingdom, this return policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, giving you 14 days to cancel your order after receipt, in addition to our 30-day guarantee.
