1. Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles) will be processed the same business day. Orders after that time will be processed the next business day.
2. Handling Time
We take 1–3 business days to prepare your order for shipping. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays).
3. Transit Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Shipments go out Monday through Saturday.
4. Total Delivery Time
Based on your location, the estimated total delivery time is 6–13 business days (handling + transit).
5. Shipping Origin
All products are shipped from our warehouse in Nanjing, China.
6. Shipping Cost (Free Shipping)
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required. Shipping costs are $0 for every order to all destinations.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
8. Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once the order ships.
9. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@cyfashions.com. We will investigate and help resolve the issue.
10. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
